Feeling stuck can feel overwhelming, isolating and emotionally debilitating. But it doesn’t just affect you - it can impact the mental health of your loved ones and colleagues because they feel your pain and frustration. It can cost relationships, your mental health, your home, job, and ultimately, if left unchecked could require professional mental health support. Why wait? We believe most of our pain is spiritual in nature but also believe joining religious bodies is not the solution either (though we do not discourage it). What ever works is good. The cause of most spiritual sickness stems from fear of the future and regrets from the past. Its about holding grudges and feeling shame. Pathfinder12 Programme provides a gentle solution to such issues. Alcoholics/addicts who have turned their lives around as a result of similar programmes do not hold the franchise on sickness or recovery. Many ordinary hurt people struggle through, meeting their daily commitments for years with no help. Addicts are lucky enough to have specialist rehabs, Fellowships and Sponsors. But what about the you? Well that is why we are here. 

About the Course work.

  • What it is: A step-by-step practical guide to applying a Programme for living into your daily life. No essays to write, long lectures to endure, religious services or dusty church halls to attend. It will include Twelve short lessens including simple clear cut suggestions on what exactly you do to experience change in your life. You can consume this information as quickly or slowly as you like. When you have finished one, download the next. There will be Twelve specific workshops, delivered by a facilitator who has been applying this to their own lives for years. One for each step. There will be bi-weekly Q&A Zoom sessions where you will have a chance to ask questions on a specific issue. One Zoom session will be based on the first nine steps and the other will be based around maintaining your programme. There will also be monthly guest speakers sharing their  experience on Resentment, meditation, amends, diet, growing in spirit and more.
  • Who is it for?:
    • Anyone not need professional medical or residential interventions. Our programme is an early intervention self help opportunity.
    • Supporters of loved ones who are battling their own issues and want to support them.
    • Professionals, Support Workers interested in the programme.

    Understand the core principles and how they can transform your life without the need for religious services, expensive rehabilitation centres or long term therapy.
  • Module 2: Experiencing a "Psychic Change"
    Learn how to achieve the mindset shift essential for lasting recovery. It is so much more than "going on the wagon".
  • Module 3: Practical Tools for Daily Growth
    Discover actionable techniques to implement a simple daily programme,  accompanied by M6 Health support over the course of a year.
  • Module 4: Maintaining Recovery Over Time.
    The simple one year model builds resilience and strategies to stay on track for the long haul.

2. Choose your option.

You can be as anonymous as you please. All course work can be done on your own if you prefer, and Zoom QnA groups can be attended with your camera off. All weekly workshops are optional and will be recorded for you to benefit from when ever you want. 

3. Get access.
