About the Course work.
- What it is: A step-by-step practical guide to applying a Programme for living into your daily life. No essays to write, long lectures to endure, religious services or dusty church halls to attend. It will include Twelve short lessens including simple clear cut suggestions on what exactly you do to experience change in your life. You can consume this information as quickly or slowly as you like. When you have finished one, download the next. There will be Twelve specific workshops, delivered by a facilitator who has been applying this to their own lives for years. One for each step. There will be bi-weekly Q&A Zoom sessions where you will have a chance to ask questions on a specific issue. One Zoom session will be based on the first nine steps and the other will be based around maintaining your programme. There will also be monthly guest speakers sharing their experience on Resentment, meditation, amends, diet, growing in spirit and more.

You can be as anonymous as you please. All course work can be done on your own if you prefer, and Zoom QnA groups can be attended with your camera off. All weekly workshops are optional and will be recorded for you to benefit from when ever you want.Â
